Exchanging Products at Beyoung

Whether you need a different size, color, or style, we've structured our exchange policy to facilitate your needs effectively.

When to Exchange a Product

You may want to exchange a product for a variety of reasons, including:

  • The item is the wrong size.
  • You received a different color than you ordered.
  • You simply wish to try a different style.

How to Exchange a Product

Exchanging a product with Beyoung is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth exchange process:

  • Visit Your Orders Page
  • Log in to your Beyoung account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section.
  • Select the Item to Exchange
  • Find the order containing the item you wish to exchange and click 'Exchange' next to it.
  • Choose Your Preferred Option
  • Select the new size, color, or style for the item you wish to exchange.
  • Provide Reason for Exchange
  • Select a reason from the dropdown menu that describes why you are exchanging the item.
  • Submit Your Request
  • Once you have filled out all the required information, click 'Submit' to generate an exchange request.
  • Prepare the Package for Return
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or manuals that came with it.
  • Use the Return Label
  • Print the return label sent via email and affix it to the package.
  • Ship the Package
  • Drop off the package at the designated courier branch or schedule a pickup.
  • Wait for Confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned product.
  • Receive Your New Product
  • After processing your exchange, the new product will be shipped to you.
  • Important Notes

    Before initiating an exchange, please review our exchange policy. The item must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached for the exchange to be approved. Ensure to initiate the exchange within the stipulated time frame mentioned in our policy.
