Log in to your Beyoung account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section.

Find the order containing the item you wish to exchange and click 'Exchange' next to it.

Select the new size, color, or style for the item you wish to exchange.

Select a reason from the dropdown menu that describes why you are exchanging the item.

Once you have filled out all the required information, click 'Submit' to generate an exchange request.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or manuals that came with it.

Print the return label sent via email and affix it to the package.

Drop off the package at the designated courier branch or schedule a pickup.

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned product.

After processing your exchange, the new product will be shipped to you.
