Need to return an item? Koio makes the return process easy. Follow these steps to initiate a return for your order.
Initiating a Return
- Check Eligibility: Review Koio's return policy (linked above) to ensure your items are eligible for return. Remember that items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Log in to Your Koio Account: Visit the Returns & Exchanges section on the Koio website and log in to your account or create one if you don't already have it.
- Select Your Order: Find the order you wish to return in your order history.
- Request a Return Shipping Label: Select the items you wish to return, and follow the provided instructions to request a return shipping label.
- Package Your Items: Carefully repackage your return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Attach the Shipping Label: Place the provided shipping label on your return package.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at your local shipping carrier drop-off point.
- Track Your Return: You can track the status of your return through the Koio website or your chosen shipping carrier.
Once received, your returned items will be processed, and your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
